We install Pella windows and doors across San Antonio and Austin as a Pella Certified Installer, vetted and trained directly through Pella's own branch assessment process.
Pella has designed and manufactured windows and doors since 1925. Its Certified Installer program isn't a sales-volume tier or dealer distinction. It's a vetting process built around installation quality. Every applicant completes a live, in-person installation assessment through a local Pella branch. Every crew member has to pass a criminal background check and carry proof of active general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certified installers also complete physical and online training on Pella's specific product lines, locking systems, and flashing methods.
USA Home & Commercial has served San Antonio and Austin for 20+ years and holds Pella’s Certified Installer Credential. The crew installing your windows and doors has gone through Pella's own installation assessment, background checks, and product-specific training.
Pella Certified Contractors receive product-specific installation training and must meet Pella program requirements, including background screening, insurance, applicable licensing requirements, and ongoing certification training. Pella also requires local installation training or an installation audit for certified contractors.
