Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you give us directly

  • Contact and inquiry information submitted through our website forms, including our quote/estimate questionnaire: name, phone number, email address, property address, property type (residential or commercial), and details about the service you're interested in.
  • Commercial vendor/management information, if you identify your property as professionally managed: management company or vendor portal name and related details.
  • Communications you send us by phone, email, or text, including questions, job details, and follow-up correspondence.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data collected through Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, time on site, referring website, general geographic location (city/region level), device and browser type, and similar analytics data.
  • Advertising data collected through the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which helps us understand how visitors interact with our Site after seeing our ads, and allows us to show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site. Meta Pixel may collect information such as pages visited, actions taken on the Site, and device/browser information. Facebook's use of this data is governed by Meta's own data policy.
  • Map and location display data, through our use of Mapbox to display our service area map. Mapbox may process general technical/usage data needed to display the map; we do not use Mapbox to collect personal information about you.

C. Information from business records

  • If you become a customer or active lead, we store your contact information, property address(es), and job/project details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, JobNimbus, for the purpose of providing services, tracking project status, and following up with you.

D. Reviews

  • Our Reviews page displays third-party review content via Elfsight, which pulls publicly available reviews (e.g., from Google). We do not collect personal information through this widget beyond what is already publicly visible on the review platforms themselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your inquiry, provide quotes/estimates, and schedule appointments or inspections
  • Communicate with you about a service you've requested or a project you're a customer for — by phone, text, or email, based on the channel you've used or indicated a preference for
  • Follow up with leads who haven't responded, including automated follow-up email sequences sent through our CRM when a lead goes cold. This follow-up relates to the inquiry you submitted and is not separate marketing or newsletter content. These emails include a way to stop receiving them, and we will honor that request.
  • Maintain accurate business and project records
  • Understand how visitors use our Site, and improve its content and performance
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site (via Meta Pixel)
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights

We do not currently send promotional marketing emails or text messages (e.g., newsletters, discount offers) to people who have not requested our services. If we introduce a separate marketing program in the future (such as an opt-in newsletter), we will update this policy and provide a clear way to opt in and out at that time.

3. How We Share Your Information

  • Service providers who help us operate our business and Site, including our CRM provider (JobNimbus), our form-processing provider (Web3Forms), and our hosting/website platform (Webflow). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.
  • Analytics and advertising partners, including Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel). Unlike the service providers above, these partners may process online identifiers and Site-activity data under their own terms and privacy policies, and may use that data for their own purposes (such as improving their advertising products), in addition to providing services to us.
  • Subcontractors or trade partners, if your project requires work we coordinate with a third party (for example, a specialty installer), limited to the information needed to complete that work.
  • Legal and safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers, if USA Home & Commercial is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
