A binding agreement for services is only formed when you and USA Home & Commercial sign a separate written contract or work order.

4. Financing Disclaimer

Financing options referenced on the Site are offered through third-party lending partners (such as Sunlight Financial), not directly by USA Home & Commercial. Rates, terms, and approval are determined solely by the lender based on creditworthiness and other factors, and are subject to change. Any rate or payment example shown on the Site is illustrative only and not a guaranteed offer. USA Home & Commercial is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, diagrams, and the overall design — is owned by USA Home & Commercial or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This limitation does not apply to or affect any separate written service contract you may enter into with us for roofing, siding, window, or other home or commercial improvement services — that contract governs the work itself and any related warranties or liability terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Home & Commercial, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
