Full tear-off and commercial shingle roof replacement using a GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system.
USA Home & Commercial completed a full tear-off and commercial shingle roof replacement for Sunbridge Inn & Suites in the Greater San Antonio area. The existing shingles and underlayment were removed and hauled off before the new roofing system was installed across the multi-wing property.
The replacement used GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with synthetic underlayment, GAF StormGuard at vulnerable areas, Pro-Start starter shingles, and Seal-A-Ridge cap shingles. The scope also included Cobra ridge ventilation, new pipe-jack flashing, priming and painting at roof penetrations, and replacement of deteriorated plywood where needed.
